SHIPPING POLICY
Orders placed after 12:00 Noon PST will be processed the following business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 Noon PST on Fridays, will be processed the following Monday.
We only SHIP GROUND via UPS or FEDEX only within the contiguous U.S. The day you order does not count even if ordered before 12:00 Noon PST. For instance, if you order on Monday (working day) before 12:00 Noon PST and the order is shipped on Monday. UPS or FEDEX does not count the day of the order.
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding scheduled fulfillment center closures.
We do not process, ship or deliver orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

You will receive an email notification once your order ships.
Allow approximately 1 day, business days (Monday – Friday) for tracking information to update.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We do not accept or ship International Orders.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS, and PROBLEMS WITH ORDERS:
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Due to the speed of processing, we are unable to cancel or amend an order in any way once submitted.
WHAT TO DO IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR MISSING?
Couriers will frequently stash or leave the shipment with a present party (Such as a property office) to prevent theft. We encourage looking around for the order and if still not located please send an email to orders@carbendurance.com
WHY ISN'T MY DISCOUNT/COUPON CODE WORKING?
We do not provide Discounts.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Products purchased from carbendurance.com are eligible for return only if it unopened, and such unopened items should be sent back to us within the first 30 days of receipt. To process a return we require authorization, please contact Customer Care orders@carbendurance.com or carbendurance@gmail.com with your order details before sending any return.
NOTE: If you send a return without authorization, we will not know of the return and no action will be processed automatically.
Shipping is non-refundable under any circumstance.
